Membership in the Alabama State Employees Association definitely has its privileges. As a member of ASEA, you have access to unsurpassed benefits and discounts that are truly valuable. ASEA is proud of our benefits package and we are dedicated to exploring ways to help our members save money.

ASEA is constantly promoting and protecting active and retired state employees. Along with the representation you receive at the Legislature, you automatically receive a $5,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment policy, ASEA’s monthly publication the Insider Magazine, and ASEA Discount Directory (login above or join ASEA to view) that lists over 100 different benefits statewide, including car, home, long term care, and life insurance and discounts on hotels, car rentals, and much, much, more.
